It all happened after an intense, hour long game of war played with a ratty deck of cards on the grassy shaded sidelines. 

Will decided to be a JOKER.

In fun he took the JOKER and ran.

Small problem, the card belonged to La La.

She takes this game seriously.

So the baby of this BIG family hunted Will down despite the 100 degree heat and her shorter, and less agile legs. But don't underestimate, La La wasn't about to give up her efforts to regain the most powerful and crazy character of the 54.

Will is a crazy character, he could have pummeled her at any time. Instead, he played along in a big brother-ish fashion. 

That is, until Papa Bear rolled up to the scene. Notice the slightly worried face in the last picture.

Coach Nicole, here are enough pictures of your soccer star to last you the entire season and probably the next one too.. Foof  I mean Norah was so much fun to watch play this weekend, boy how she has grown. Last time we spent time with her she was twirling a million miles an hour along the side lines with La La, in a tu-tu, plastic high heels and tacky blue eyeshadow. 

Good times, good times.  

We are thankful to have had you as a coach, to have spray painted our soccer mom heads orange as we co-coached and to have had Diane help out and learn from you. Her being a part of your team seems like many, many half time moons ago. Scott, we love you too! Thanks for spoiling the kids with icy snow cones in the 100 degree heat and of course the offer of your seat. 

Congrats on your team winning the tournament and many more to come I'm sure. Leah, we missed you being there but know you are in your element in NYC. Dance on sister, do a split for me, K? And Buddy, thanks for teaching Drex a thing or two about baseball, he was glad to be able to chill with you.
