Like a regular push-up done pre coffee on a Sunday morning with sleepy eyes isn't hard enough. Throw a dense Zybko on your back and then my friend, and only then you have stepped up your game. Its all fun and games until someone has gas.....or needs a bath.(Only guesses on the culprit)
Even the strongest and most dedicated can only hold out so long. Add a few poots and your pyramid will soon fall, no matter how sturdy the bottom row is.
