in a bowl mix together
*1 cup flour
*1/2 cup salt
*1 tablespoon cream of tartar (optional)

in sauce pan mix
*1 cup water
*1 tablespoon vegatable oil
* 20 drops food coloring
OR
* 1 Koolaid packet

mix wet and dry ingredients
stir, 'almost' non-stop over med heat
sprinkle flour on your work surface
knead ball of play-dough after it cools a minute

IT CAN GET A LITTLE MESSY

WORRY ABOUT THAT LATER :)
