Bright Mornings
New Hope
Faithful Love
Clean slate
Start your day
Repent and pray
God saves

Lamentations 3:22-26New International Version (NIV)

22
Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed,

    for his compassions never fail.
23
They are new every morning;
    great is your faithfulness.
24
I say to myself, “The Lord is my portion;
    therefore I will wait for him.”
25
The Lord is good to those whose hope is in him,

    to the one who seeks him;
26
it is good to wait quietly
    for the salvation of the Lord.

My New Favorite- 5 Years Later
Day 44-Year 3
Team Zybko
July 22, 2014

 Even before I checked the small display screen on my
Nikon I knew it was a keeper. Call it a mommarazzi instinct or maybe just a content feeling of happiness to have at least two thirds of the kids together under one roof. These four goobers huddled together in silliness creates an indescribable smile in my middle aged gut. I never forget a picture, seriously, weird but true, I knew I had seen it before, five years ago. Sixty months filled with memories, good times, mini disputes, pull-ups, games, dancing, hormones, Kodak moments, a gazillion lessons and too many lost teeth to count. Happy to have my new favorite of this foursome to replace add to the old one.
XOXOXOX

 Special Bond Between These Two
Day 43 -Year 3

July 22, 2014

The bond is genuine.
The bond is unprompted.
The bond is a strong one.

I catch them being sweet.
I catch them being best buds.
I catch them exchanging looks only they understand.

Maybe cause they are the youngest.
Maybe cause they are the only HS students left.
Maybe cause they are a big bro-lil sis combo.

Maybe cause, just because
 they love each other to the moon and back.

Reenactors Are the Coolest
Day 41-Year 3
Team Zybko
July 20, 2014

If you are ever in the area, plan a half day field trip to visit Historic Brattonsville, SC during a reenactment day. It will be well worth your time. Everyone was friendly and totally committed to giving each and every visitor information and an accurate vision of the time period of 1780. Also, some scenes from the movie The Patriot with Mel Gibson were filmed here.
