Just a Woman with a Sharpie

I'm a non-smoker and I've never tried water skiing. I enjoy LONG "sits" on the beach with a seriously COLD Diet Moutain Dew in a can. Blessed that being a MOM is my calling. Was raised Catholic but I'm learning slowly it's OK to "free style" pray out loud in front of people. I own SHARPIES in almost every color, shape and size. Met my husband on a blind date one Friday, three days later he asked me to be his wife. God is good, all the time. All the time, God is good!

A Girl and Her Glue Gun

Hey mom, where is the hot glue gun?

Why?

I wanna try and make something.

I don't know honey, it gets pretty hot.

Mom! I am almost ten ya' know.

(big deep thinking breath)

Alright, just a minute Delaney.

After what seemed like forever to a kid and 15 or so warnings about NOT touching the end of the 'gun' she was set free.

DELANEY....I LOVE IT! WHAT AN AWESOME CREATION!

Mental note; oh my stars, we need more puff balls, googly eyes and glue sticks, at least the acorns were free.
